Prepared exclusively for Jersey Auto Lease

The car business is the easy part.
Everything around it is what we build.

You already shop the Tri-State dealer network, haggle the price down, and put the car in the customer's driveway. This proposal is not a website redesign. It is the front desk, the file room, and the pricing desk that should have been running behind you all along.

Chapter one

You are not a lot. Sell it like it.

Every dealer in the Tri-State asks the customer to come to them. You do the opposite. Whether it is a lease, a finance deal, or cash, you shop the network, work the number, and deliver the car to the driveway. The customer never sets foot in a dealership. That is the entire product.

But right now, jerseyautolease.com tells a different story. Inventory frozen from another era. Placeholder payments that were never real. A credit application that forgets who was filling it out. Two different phone numbers on the same page. Calls after five o'clock go to nobody.

None of this costs you deals loudly. It costs them quietly, one customer at a time, at eleven at night, when they moved on to the next listing.

We are not proposing to fix a website. We are proposing to build the rest of the company around what you already do well — and let it work the hours you can't.

Start the build — $2,400 Nothing owed beyond the deposit until the work earns it.

Chapter two

The math, kept honest.

We are not going to promise you millions. Here is the arithmetic of a quiet month, using numbers we would be happy to defend on a phone call:

2 / mo
Recovered drop-offs. Someone starts a credit app, gets distracted, never comes back. Maya texts them the resume link the same night. Assume only two come back per month.
1 / wk
One after-hours deal per week. Nights, Sundays, Spanish-language households. Right now those calls die. With a desk that answers, they become files.
Margin
Wholesale MMR sits next to every quote. A few correctly priced units per month — no more guessing at the book value before you commit — covers real money of the build on its own.

Assumptions kept deliberately conservative: two recovered files monthly, one incremental funded file weekly at your existing average margin, and modest pricing corrections. No growth assumed. No viral anything.

Hours captured × files finished × the margin you meant to make anyway.

One extra funded file a week pays for this system many times over. If it funds just two files this year that you would otherwise have lost to a dead phone line, it has paid for itself for the year.

The other proposal rebuilds a page. This one installs a closer.

Chapter three

Four phases. Pick the look, we ship the rest.

Phase one — the storefront. A new jerseyautolease.com with live inventory and real payment figures. We built four finished directions, each as a working page mock, not a mood board. You pick one. That look ships. Nothing else gets built until you choose.

Phase two — the file. A multi-step credit application that actually saves. If someone stops halfway, they resume from a text message link exactly where they left off — same answers, same progress. Behind it, a broker queue for you and Sam: New, Needs docs, Sent to lender, Approved, Dead — each file carrying its own notes thread. No more lost spreadsheets, no more "which lender did we send that to."

Phase three — TurboFax and the book. Carfax on every listing through TurboFax, so nobody stalls out asking you to email a report. Wholesale MMR sits beside every quote, with best-price analysis on the VIN before you commit. Your customers see trust. You see the spread.

Phase four — the front desk. Covered in the next chapter, because she deserves her own.

Each phase stands alone. Each later phase is optional. Nothing is owed until the work earns it in closed deals.

Chapter four

Maya Rivera runs the front desk.

Maya has been answering phones in Bayonne long enough to know when somebody is shopping and when somebody is ready. She picks up in two rings — no hold music, no menu, no "your call is important." She speaks English and Spanish, whichever the household prefers, nights and Sundays included.

  • She qualifies while they're warm. Payment range, ZIP, trade-in, how they feel about their credit — conversationally, not like a form.
  • She texts the application during the call. By the time the customer hangs up, the link is already on their phone. It saves as they go.
  • She calls back everyone who drops off mid-form. Same evening. They don't start over; they finish.
Maya is not a feature. She is headcount you don't have to hire.

Chapter five

The investment, said plainly.

New jerseyautolease.com + photography directionYour chosen look, live inventory, real payments, mobile-first$4,800
Save-progress credit file + broker deskResume-from-SMS application, Shadi & Sam pipeline with notes$3,200
TurboFax + wholesale MMR setupCarfax on every unit, book value beside every quote, VIN best-price analysis$1,900
Maya — front desk setupBoth lines, English & Spanish, callback recovery, in-page calling$600
Total build$10,500
  • To begin: $2,400 — fifty percent of the site, the only check written up front.
  • After go-live: Maya runs about $199 per 750 minutes. TurboFax carries its monthly subscription plus pass-through data. Nothing else.
  • Timeline: 10–14 days to launch on your domain, start to finish.
  • Each later phase stands alone. If phase one earns your trust, phases two through four follow on the same terms. Nothing is owed until the work earns it in closed deals.
This proposal is private to Shadi & Sam and held open through September 15, 2026. Pricing reflects the scope described above and holds until that date.
One call with Mina Andrawes and the clock starts.

Chapter six

What's included, line by line.

  • Design & build of the new site in your selected direction — desktop and phone, tuned for the 390-pixel screen where your customers actually are.
  • Photography direction for the units — shot list, staging guidance for driveway delivery photos, consistent treatment across inventory.
  • Live inventory system — units appear and disappear without anyone building cards by hand.
  • Real payment figures on every listing, tied to actual terms instead of placeholders.
  • The save-progress application with SMS resume links, feeding directly into the broker queue.
  • TurboFax integration — Carfax on listings, wholesale MMR beside quotes, VIN-level best-price analysis.
  • Maya, fully configured — both recorded lines shown here are hers; the live lines answer in English and Spanish, day, night, Sunday.
  • Launch on your domain within 10–14 days of the deposit, with everything handed over documented.

Not included, deliberately: ad spend, inventory sourcing fees, or any recurring cost we have not listed above. There are no surprise line items waiting downstream.

Chapter seven

Twelve months from now.

Month one: the door, the file, and Maya are live. From there, the system compounds quietly:

Month 1 — Launch

New site on your domain. Save-progress applications flowing into the broker queue. Maya answering in two rings, English and Spanish, past close.

Months 2–3 — Partner inventory

Your partner dealers' units appear and disappear automatically. No manual cards, no stale listings, no $240 ghosts from 2017.

Months 4–12 — The desk follows every file

Every unfinished application gets followed until it funds — or until it is honestly dead. Drop-offs recovered the same night. After-hours callers become files. You stay in driveways. The system stays on the phone.

You keep doing the part nobody else in the Tri-State does. Everything around it finally works the hours you can't.
Private to Shadi & Sam through September 15, 2026.
